Surescripts Direct Testing Support

In order to assist Surescripts connected participants with testing Direct messages from their Surescripts production connection to an external trading partner, please use one of the following two methods for message validation/research.

1) Connect by CHAT

Available Monday - Friday from 9 am - 6 pm ET

You may use the following link to access a Live-Chat environment and request real-time assistance/research into messages sent to or from your Surescripts direct address. Please have the following information available to initiate the chat session:

  • Your Surescripts account name
  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your direct dial phone number
  • Sender Direct address
  • Receiver Direct address
  • Message date/time (Eastern Time Zone)

 

2) Connect by EMAIL

Monitored Monday - Friday from 8 am - 8 pm ET

You can request research assistance into messages sent to or from your Surescripts Direct address. Please include the following information in your email request. A Surescripts team member will respond with information normally within 1-2 business hours. Requests received after business hours will be responded to the next business day.

  • Your name
