For every Surescripts implementation project, we assemble a powerful team to take you from kickoff through launch and beyond.  

You’ll start with an orientation phase to collaboratively define goals, assess technical needs, and delve into resources and best practices. As planning and development continue, your Surescripts team will work with you to ensure that the solutions you integrate are configured to enhance your workflows and user interfaces as effectively as possible.  

Live and on-demand training resources—including an online Learning Center—equip your team and end users to hit the ground running. Once you’re ready to go live, your Surescripts team will continue to help monitor and optimize utilization, working with you each step of the way to make sure your rollout plan stays on track. 

We start planning to drive adoption from the earliest stages of your partnership with Surescripts. Within your organization, that might include help navigating change management or crafting communications that support your existing strategies. And because trusted health intelligence sharing requires many parties, we’re just as active coordinating adoption and data quality efforts across the network.

Each year, we convene our partners to share practical strategies on tackling our common challenges and opportunities at the Surescripts Network Alliance Forum. At the center of this multiday event are our Voice of the Customer roundtable discussions, which guide our annual customer experience initiatives.
