Prescribers: please report all issues directly to your e-prescribing/EMR vendor so that your vendor can research the issue on your behalf and open a support ticket with Surescripts if necessary.

Pharmacists: please report all issues to your pharmacy management software vendor or chain headquarter help desk so they may open a support ticket with Surescripts for proper research and resolution.

Certified Technology Vendors: please utilize the self-service portal to open a support ticket, or call 1-866-797-3239 for support by phone.
